Accessibility Statement

My goal

Buying or selling a home should be open to everyone, and so should this website. That includes people who use screen readers, people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, people who zoom in to read, and people with any other disability. I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the widely used standard for accessible websites.

What I have done

• Photos have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Every link, button and form works with a keyboard alone.
• Text and background colors have strong contrast so they are easy to read.
• Text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom without breaking the page.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the page turns off its animations.
• The site is built to work on phones and tablets as well as computers.

Please tell me. Let me know which page you were on and what got in the way. I will get you the information another way, by phone, email or in person, and I will work on fixing the problem.
