Who I am

This website belongs to me, Angela Rera. I am a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. When this page says "I" or "me," it means me. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this site.

What I collect when you fill out a form

There are three forms on this site: the contact form on the home page, and the "send it to Angela" forms at the end of the buyer and seller questions. When you send one, I get:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Anything you write in the message box
• On the buyer and seller pages, the answers you picked to the five questions

Just answering the five questions does not send anything. Your answers stay on your own screen unless you fill in your details and press the button to send them to me.

What gets collected automatically

• Basic visit records. Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site, Netlify, keeps standard technical records when someone visits, such as your internet (IP) address, the type of browser you use and which page you looked at. These are used to keep the site running and safe.
• Fonts. The lettering on this site comes from Google Fonts. To show it, your browser downloads the fonts from Google, which means Google can see your IP address.

This site does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels.

How I use your information

• To get back to you about your question
• To help you buy or sell a home, if you decide to work with me
• To keep the records that real estate agents and their brokerages are required to keep

Who else can see it

• Netlify, which hosts this site and delivers form messages to my email
• My email provider, since the messages arrive in my inbox
• Coldwell Banker Realty, my brokerage, and the tools it provides its agents, where I may keep notes about clients
• Other people helping with your sale or purchase, such as a lender, title company or inspector, but only if we are working together and only what they need
• Anyone the law requires, such as a court order

I never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Calls, texts and emails

When you give me your phone number and email, you are asking me to contact you about your question, so I will. I will not add you to a marketing text list. If you would like me to stop contacting you, just tell me and I will.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to help you, and for as long as real estate record-keeping rules require.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you the information I have about you, fix anything that is wrong, or delete it. Some records may have to be kept by law, and if so I will tell you which ones.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email is perfectly secure. Please do not send things like your Social Security number or bank account details through the forms on this site.

Children

This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If I change this policy, I will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
